Product Name: Lithopone

Synonyms: Pigment white 5; barium zinc sulfate sulfide

Lithopone  is white powder, non-toxic, odorless, insoluble in water, no reaction with H2S and lye, release H2S gas when reacting with strong acids.

Usage: widely used in Coatings,Paints,Printing Ink, Rubber, Plastic etc..

Lithopone has mostly been replaced by titanium dioxide which is more durable, but it is much cheaper. It is used as a base for Lake pigment and used as an inert pigment for paint, ink and cosmetics as well as in a large range of applications in plastic industry
